LekkerElegant Dev Lab provides custom software engineering services including full-stack web development, Windows desktop application development (.NET MAUI / C#), Android mobile applications (React Native / Expo), and Firebase backend architecture. Specific deliverables are agreed upon in writing before project commencement.

All intellectual property developed under contract transfers to the client upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices. LekkerElegant Dev Lab retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed NDA.

Project billing is structured as agreed in the project contract. LekkerElegant Dev Lab reserves the right to pause work if payment obligations are not met within 7 business days of invoice. Subscription services (Priority Bridge SAAS, etc.) renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.

LekkerElegant Dev Lab treats all client data, business logic, and project specifications as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except where required by law or agreed in writing.

LekkerElegant Dev Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project contract in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
